Provided a turnkey electrical package for a new dessert shop including service coordination, panelboards, branch circuits to all kitchen and front of house equipment, decorative lighting, code compliant life safety, and rough in for POS, cameras, audio, and data. Coordinated closely with HVAC, plumbing, millwork, and inspector for phased rough in, ceiling close up, and final.

  • Power: New 120/208V 3‑phase distribution and panel(s) sized per load summary

  • Lighting: LED grid plus decorative pendants; emergency and exit lighting

  • Kitchen power: Dedicated circuits to hood, make up air, refrigeration, prep, and small appliances

  • Life safety: Hood interlock and shunt trip, egress lighting, code compliance

  • Low‑voltage rough‑in: POS, CCTV, Wi‑Fi, and data home‑runs to back room IT location
